background | publicationsMy role within CPIB is the provision of bioinformatic support to enable the successful progression of strands 1-3. This includes ensuring that data generated is analysed fully and that results are available to CPIB members, collaborators and the community. Going forward it will also require the integration of data from CPIB and other sources to produce interaction networks and pathways and using these to facilitate the generation of lists of targets for antibody production and parameters for models.
