As CPIB’s Bioinformatics Engineer, I am responsible for developing repositories for multi-scale systems biology models and Arabidopsis root image data produced at CPIB. I am researching standards and techniques for linking disparate modelling software systems and exploring ways to make CPIB models compatible with other Arabidopsis computer models.
