I joined CPIB in June 2009. As a plant biologist my role in CPIB is to construct a Gene Regulatory Network for Arabidopsis Lateral Root Development. The regulatory network controlling lateral root patterning will be studied employing state-of-the-art transcript profiling, statistical modelling and functional genomic approaches.
